This wine was featured recently at the restaurant that I work in, and it was a surprise hit! A bargain of a bottle at around $14, this New Zealand wine is unlike most sauv blancs I've come across. A tad bit on the sweet side, with strong notes of grapefruit and apricot, it's well balanced with a slightly herbacious finish. A great, inexpensive table white that will please most. Pairs well with salads, mild fish and chicken.
