This weekend I hosted a few impromptu, informal wine club meetings. Ok basically I got together with my oldest and best girlfriend Emily and we sipped some new wines together while filling out my wine tasting notes worksheet. Seriously if you want to learn about wine this is a great way to do so! We had so much fun filling it in to the best of our abilities. After, we looked up the wines we tasted online to see what sort of tasting notes the professionals gave each wine. I really do feel that with every new wine I taste I learn a little more!
