The 2005 De Loach Green Valley Pinot Noir is a single vineyard Russian River Pinot with big distinctive flavor. It is far from a classic pinot ie it has big unique flavors and nose. Hints of mint and evergreen mingle with a strong raspberry and blueberry finish. This 2005 is drinking now so drink up folks. Also this wine is De Loach's follow up to last year's release of the Russian River 30th Anniversary Cuvee which was Wine Enthusiast's #1 ranked new release of last year.
